What to expect in an inner dance session
You'll begin lying down with eyes closed, allowing the body to fully relax and the mind to soften. There are no movements you need to make—but movement may naturally arise, and if it does, it’s welcome. Sounds, sensations, emotions or stillness may unfold, and you’re gently encouraged to trust the process as it flows through you in its own way.
